A. Delivery is available within 10km of the store, for all orders over $100.00
Q. Can I collect my products on the same day I place the order?
A. No. We require a 48 hour notice period.
Q. Can i swap or change products in the packs?
A. Our packs are set to maintain quality and consistency. However, if you are wanting to make a small change please contact the store before placing the order to get confirmation of alternatives.
Q. What days or time can I collect my order?
A. We offer click and collect 7 days a week. Monday- Friday 6am-6pm & Saturday-Sunday 6am-4pm.
Q. If I have a Sinclair Meats loyalty card, can I earn or redeem points when shopping online?
A. No, this feature is currently not available for our online store.
Q. Can I redeem gift vouchers or sponsorship vouchers when shopping online?
A. No, gift/sponsorship vouchers can only be redeemed and purchased in store.
Q. Can I purchase items that are not listed on the online store that are in our shop?
A. We are adding more products every week and endeavor to have our full lines available in the coming months, please contact the store on 5335 0290 for possible options.
Q. What is Afterpay?
A. Afterpay is a payment method used online without needing to pay the whole amount upfront. You get to collect your order as normal and you pay it off in fortnightly installments over 6 to 8 week period.
Q. Do I pay more if I use Afterpay?
A. No, there is no interest or added fees to use this service. The only time you would pay a fee is if you miss a payment. Please see Afterpay Terms & Conditions for further information about late fees.
Q. I am having trouble with my Afterpay account, who do i contact?
A. Afterpay is a separate company from Sinclair Meats and all questions or queries in regard to your account need to be directed to them. You can call Afterpay on 1300 100 729 or alternatively go to www.afterpay.com for further information.
Q. Can i use Afterpay as a payment option in store?
